This role will own the strategy, execution, performance, and analysis of the student experience, primarily focused on the in-product experience. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design, execute, and rigorously optimize Mantra Health’s student journey that drives retention and utilization within our product. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with Mantra’s Head of Marketing and senior leaders across the organization.

Assist the Director of Marketing Operations with a focus on execution, data maintenance, and learning the core systems that drive demand generation efforts. Manage day-to-day campaign requests and the setup and deployment of marketing assets in HubSpot, such as email campaigns, basic landing pages, web forms, chatbots, and workflow automation. Conduct data hygiene tasks and maintain an up-to-date opt-in database.

The Marketing Operations Strategist is a strategic and detail-oriented problem solver passionate about optimizing marketing technology, processes, and data strategies to drive growth. In this role, you’ll act as both an advisor and hands-on contributor, improving lead capture, nurture, and funnel progression through Marketing Automation Platform refinement, data integrity, and scalable operations strategies.
